Treatments
Each patient receives a thorough evaluation and an appropriate treatment plan is then developed. This may include;\
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy involves hands on techniques including massage, manipulation and mobilisation of the joints to alleviate pain and discomfort.
Therapeutic Exercise
Used to improve strength, balance and mobility to help you achieve personal functional goals and return to prior level of function.
Developmental Motor Evaluation
These evaluations involve assessment of the child’s reflexes, coordination and motor abilities to help to determine delays related to developmental delays, autism, ADHD or other conditions common in children.
Falls Assessment
Fall and balance assessment helps determine a patient’s risk of falling. We use the results to create a personalised exercise and treatment plan to improve strength, balance and mobility.
